Lorraine was born in Boise, Idaho and raised in Ketchikan, Alaska. She also spent a few years in Kodiak before moving to Anchorage. She worked for another nonprofit organization for 15 years before coming to ACF.

Lorraine has been married to her husband Robin for 20 years, and has three children all under the age of fourteen. She enjoys camping, sledding in the winter, and working with young people. She is very active in her children’s
