Events and Publications
Each year, ACF sponsors numerous events around Alaska and in the Lower 48, including informative talks, book signings, conferences, commemorative celebrations, and unique intimate get-togethers. These gatherings are designed not only to educate donors and the public about Alaska’s magnificent ecosystems and wild creatures, but also to bring together individuals whose love of the Great Land may serve to generate new friendships and stronger, more effective vigilance in the efforts to ensure its protection.
Publications such as the Dispatch newsletter, the Cultural Guide, and the Labor Guide also provide support to ACF’s conservation work by helping individuals and organizations keep abreast of news and developments and learn more about Alaska’s people, policies, and history.
